Sometimes the spontaneous discoveries are the best. As in the case of Forno e Cucina in Palermo. Absolutely worth a culinary visit. The fresh preparation with love for the tasteful detail, simply a hit. And the hospitality is unique. 5 out of 5 stars, top!

Such a wonderful place to go! The food….amazing! The service….. amazing!!! Just a great place to go that is not a tourist trap with excellent food, especially the pizza!! Maria and her staff Zied and Raffaele were so welcoming and friendly and just made our evening!

We have eaten here several times already, nothing to say about the pizzas they are delicious and with very high quality products. As far as cooking is concerned, there are dishes that are better than others. For example, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga was a delight, while the spaghetti with raw prawns and pesto is not well balanced. The fried squid is also delicious, very dry and crunchy!! The service is friendly, the waiters are sometimes careless, the owner takes orders and is very kind. I advise.

Very nice place. Since it was summer we ate outside, in a well-organised environment. The staff is very kind and professional. The food was excellent and well presented. Sublime pizza with quality products. We will definitely be back. 👍

We discovered this place on the fork. A very nice and inviting restaurant, very kind and polite owners and staff, and excellent dishes. So much so that our pizza and pasta were delicious, even the best pizza in Palermo according to my boyfriend. My pasta was very particular, I had never eaten it like this before. Nothing to say, absolutely recommended.
